Antoinette Robinson and Grant Gullickson*fn1 appeal the judgment dismissing their claim that the assessment for the cost of removing gravel and dirt and for legal fees levied by the Town of Bristol on the Gullickson property was unlawful and void. They and their counsel*fn2 also appeal the trial court's determination that the claim was frivolous because it was time-barred by Wis.
